Information we collect

When you request a service or contact InstaMount, we collect the information you provide, including your name, email, phone number, service address, appointment details, service selections, notes, uploaded files, and optional SMS consent.

How we use information

We use this information to manage appointment requests, provide services, respond to support inquiries, and send service-related communications. Payment is due after service; this booking form does not collect payment card information.

Service providers and sharing

We use Cloudflare for website hosting and booking/file storage and Resend for transactional email. When SMS messaging is enabled, Twilio processes service-related text messages for customers who opt in. Providers receive information needed to perform these functions. We may disclose information when required by law.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

SMS choices

Storage and your requests

We retain information as needed to provide services, maintain booking records, and meet legal obligations. Contact us to request access, corrections, or deletion, subject to applicable retention requirements. Keep your booking confirmation number private and avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive information.
